We provide consulting and advisory services for investors in agribusinesses in Eastern Europe, mainly in regards to planning and carrying out extensions of these investments. During this process we assist with examining, describing and furthering the new investment project. That way it is possible to clarify the feasibility and profitability of the project.
This process can be divided into four steps:
The starting point for the process is an idea for an investment project. The process is initiated with a description of this project idea. Information describing the market conditions and other types of data are collected, and used to clarify the threats and opportunities for the project. Next a professional description of the project is made on the basis of the collected information. This description is finally used to determine the project’s profitability and feasibility. Often the end result will be a business plan, useable in the search for capital.
Our role in the project will be as an affiliated consultant ensuring the investor the full control of the development of the project.
